The Great Dorset Chilli Festival - what a scorcher!
Come and celebrate all things Chilli with us at the Great Dorset Chilli Festival. Home of the infamous Dorset Naga, this is definitely the best place to hold a chilli festival and you won't be disappointed by the vast array of chilli-related food, drink and accessories you can try and buy here. And bring the pooch too!! It's a dog-friendly event and although we wouldn't recommend they try any chilli, there are lovely Little Pet Biscuit Company handmade biscuits and treats available for them to enjoy and a great big woofers water bowl to quench their thirst!
Surviving Crufts
Crufts is the biggest and most well known dog show in the world. It attracts thousands of visitors every day over the course of four days and occupies five Halls at Birmingham's NEC. Put simply, it's vast! The Little Pet Biscuit Company was proud to have a stand at Crufts 2017 for the very first time and we were full of trepidation when we loaded the Biscuit Wagon the night before, but it turned out to be an incredible experience for us. We thought you might like to read about how we got on and we've also written a few of our own hints and tips for negotiating and surviving a visit to Crufts.
Dog friendly Camber Sands beach
We love taking our dogs to the beach for some fun in the sun and a splash in the sea. We usually go to the beautiful West Wittering in West Sussex, but decided to try Camber Sands next door in East Sussex and check out the beach with the pooches.
It got a very definite paws up from Reina and Taffy who both had the best time there and slept all the way home. Read more about our day trip to Camber Sands with the pooches and maybe go and take a visit there yourself.

Box Hill - dog walking with a view!
Everyone must have heard of Box Hill! Popular for school field trips, nature lovers, National Trust members and more recently cycling enthusiasts, as it was the venue for the more arduous stretch of the cycling road race in the 2012 London Olympics.
But for us it's one of our favourite places to bring the dogs for a good hearty walk, to pump some blood round your veins and give your lungs a good workout. Once you've climbed to the very top, you will feel like you're on top of the world!
